Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and swing tags remain attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
